Karine Samuel

Karine SamuelVice-President Outreach and International Relations
Karine Samuel is a university professor in management at Grenoble INP and a member of the Centre d'études et de recherches appliquées à la gestion (CERAG). She has published numerous scientific articles and books in the field of strategic business management and supply chain management. Her areas of expertise focus on supply risks and the resilience of organizations, particularly in their ability to deal with risks related to raw materials. She currently co-directs several multidisciplinary research projects in partnership with foreign universities. She was deputy director of the "Social Sciences" cluster from 2015 to 2017 and director of the "Enterprise and Innovation" unit at Grenoble INP from 2015 to 2017. She is currently president of the International Association for Research in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (AIRL-SCM), and president of ASLOG Scientific, the academic branch of the French network of supply chain professionals.

 Constance Chevallier-Govers

Constance Chevallier-GoversInternationalization Project Manager within the Vice Presidency Outreach and International Relations
A graduate of the University of Paris 2, Constance Chevallier-Govers has been an HdR lecturer at the Faculty of Law since 2001. A specialist in European law, her fields of research focus on the areas of freedom, security and justice, particularly police and judicial cooperation within the European Union. It is in this capacity that she was awarded the Jean Monnet Chair of the European Union in 2017. In 2009, she benefited from a one-year research leave at the Centre for European Affairs at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur. In charge of the Master 2 European Legal Careers for about ten years, she was also Vice-Dean in charge of International Relations at the Faculty of Law until 2019.  She is now an elected member of Section 2 (Public Law) of the CNU and is in charge of the teaching of the Bachelor of Franco-German Law jointly delivered by UGA and the University of Saarland in Germany.

 Ridha Boulaâbi

Ridha BoulaabiFrancophony Project Manager within the Vice Presidency Outreach and International Relations
Ridha Boulaâbi is a lecturer in French literature at the UFR LLASIC and a member of the UMR Litt&Arts. He is particularly interested in intercultural relations between East and West, between France and the countries of the South. He has published several scientific articles and books in the field of the French-speaking world, its challenges and issues. Currently, he is the leader of several international projects in these fields, set up in collaboration with countries of the Maghreb, Africa and Eastern Europe.
