Summer 2020 closing

from August 1, 2020 to August 23, 2020

ISSO and the On-campus Prefecture will be closed from August 1 until August 23, 2020.

ISSO

The International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) will be closed from August 1 until August 23, 2020.

On the re-opening Monday, August 24, the welcome center will remain closed to the public, but the service will be available by email and telephone.
Opening hours for the public will be given upon re-opening, depending on the evolution of the covid-19 pandemic.

Isère on-campus prefecture

The Isère On-campus prefecture will be closed from August 1 until (at least) August 25, 2020.
During that period, there will be no appointment taking place, and it will not be possible to submit any application file for a residence permit.

The following exceptions apply:
  • Collection of residence permits
  • Or application for the “Recherche d’emploi ou Création d’entreprise” residence permit card
Upon appointment only, at the main Prefecture, place Verdun in Grenoble, by contacting the prefecture at: pref-rdv-sejour@isere.gouv.fr

  • Récépissé renewal
  • Residence permit duplicate in case of loss or theft
  • Change of address
  • Applications for a ‘document de circulation pour étranger mineur’ (DCEM)

Valence

ISSO Valence

ISSO Valence will be closed from August 3 until August 21, 2020 included.
Re-opening of ISSO Valence: Monday, August 24.

The ISSO Valence offices will remain closed to the public but ISSO Valence will be reachable by email and telephone.
Opening hours for the public will be given upon re-opening, depending on the evolution of the covid-19 pandemic.

Drôme prefecture

The Drôme Prefecture is open by appointment only.
There will be no appointments Thursdays, August 13 and 20.

Residence permits (cards) are sent directly by post to your address by the Drôme Prefecture.

Please note: Applications are done via ISSO Valence. No application file dropped directly at the Drôme Prefecture will be accepted.
