Winter is coming with its chill winds. To get you in the mood, we will take you on a polar voyage to the Inuits’ home in the company of a storyteller.
The Inuit people inhabit Mother Earth and believe that every being, whether human, animal, or plant, possesses a soul.
In the Inuit language, the soul is called anirniq, which also means “breath”.
This first and infinite breath inspired storyteller Johanna Kravièk to explore some of the Great North’s tales, which explain how all these souls are linked together.
Through the recital of Inuit tales, explore the myths of this Arctic people, and ease gently into the mood for winter.
