The Student forum Services answers all your questions!
But you will also find the stands of Languages department and available Elective Transversal Teaching.

From 11am to 3pm // reconcile job and study, identify the recruiting sectors, apply for a job, knowing your rights: come to get information, find job offers, and meet support organization
UGA (presentation of the platform Jobee and job offers), disability assistance office (UGA), Valence Romans Agglo, Crous, Youth Information Point, Pôle emploi, CIO’SUP career center, representative of hotel and restaurant industry will be present

From 4pm to 11pm // A festive afternoon organized by the Campus UGA Valence and Valence Students Association (AVE). Come and meet your BDE (student union) and celebrate the start of the new academic year at the university! On the agenda: gifts, animations, games, food-truck and a concert evening (bands and DJs)

Welcoming of International Students and Mentoring Meeting Buddysystem:
From 6pm to 7:30pm // Come and meet international and local students over a drink and finger buffet. Are you involved in international mentoring program? The Université Grenoble Alpes invite you to an event that will be the opportunity to meet with your buddy !
Different activities will be organized to help you get to know each other !
