Need help with health insurance or housing benefit? Is the start of the new academic year difficult? Are you having problems finding accommodation or buying food? The Crous, the CAF and the CPAM offer you drop-in services and personalised support at the Maison de l'étudiant in Valence.
The CROUS social workers' drop-in sessions at the Maison de l'étudiant are now over. You can now contact the Centre santé jeunes (permanences 1 week out of 2 - phone number: 04 75 56 62 11) or the CROUS directly (by email: service-social07.26@crous-grenoble.fr - by phone: 07 61 90 63 67).

The CAF and the CPAM will also be available without an appointment:

CPAM (no appointment necessary):
  • Tuesday 15 October - From 1pm to 5pm at the DSDA, Campus Briffaut, Valence
  • Tuesday 22 October - From 1pm to 5:30pm, at the Maison de l'étudiant, Valence
CAF (no appointment necessary):
  • Thursday 17 October - From 1pm to 5:30pm, at the DSDA, Campus Briffaut, Valence
Open to all students, whether from UGA or another institution.
