International students: you have been admitted and are coming to study at the Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA)? The International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) of the UGA helps you prepare for your arrival and informs you about the main procedures to follow on arrival: health coverage, mandatory insurances, opening of bank account, visa validation, CAF housing allowance, etc.

During the month of August 2024, ISSO offers you the opportunity to take part in its online info sessions: whether you are on the urge of departing to Grenoble, or have already arrived, you will find out everything you need to know about the essential steps that await you.

For European students (EU/EEA and Switzerland)

  • Monday 19 August 2024, at 2pm (French time), in French
  • Thursday 22 August 2024, at 2pm (French time), in English
  • Monday 26 August 2024, at 2pm (French time), in French
  • Thursday 29 August 2024, at 2pm (French time), in English

For non-European students (from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland)

Info sessions on Grenoble campuses

ISSO will be present at certain meetings organised in your host faculty or school to inform you about the settling in procedures.
You will be informed directly by your host faculty or school.
 
Good to know
The ISSO team also takes part in other events organised by the UGA, and will be on hand to answer your questions at the Campus life forum on Thursday 12 September 2024, on the St-Martin-d’Hères campus.
