International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) (UGA)
The International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) will be closed from Saturday 26 July to Monday 18 August 2025 inclusive.
Isère on-campus Préfecture office
The Isère on-campus Préfecture office will be closed from Thursday 24 July to Monday 18 August 2025 inclusive.
During this period, activity should be maintained at a minimum at the Préfecture located on Place Verdun. This page will be updated as soon as details become available.
Colibri - Welcome service for persons in exile (UGA)
The Colibri welcome center will be closed from Saturday 26 July to Monday 18 August 2025 inclusive.
Student health service (UGA)
The Student health service will be closed from Saturday 12 July to Sunday 24 August 2025 inclusive.
Social service (CROUS)
The CROUS Grenoble Alpes social service will be closed from Saturday 02 August to Sunday 17 August 2025 inclusive.
International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) (UGA)
The International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) will be closed on Tuesday 22 July, and from Friday 25 July to Monday 18 August 2025 inclusive.
Between Tuesday 19 August and Friday 22 August 2025 inclusive, all office hours will be held at the Maison de l'étudiant Drôme Ardèche.
From Monday 25 August 2025, reception will resume at the usual times on the 2 locations: Maison de l'étudiant Drôme Ardèche and Briffaut site.
Drôme prefecture
Between Saturday 26 July and Monday 18 August 2025 inclusive, only applications to renew residence permits made online on the national platform will be processed. No appointments will be given during this period.

Youth health center (Centre santé jeunes)
The youth health center will remain open during the summer, but will be exceptionally closed on Friday 15 August 2025.
Social service (CROUS)
The CROUS Grenoble Alpes social service will be closed from Friday 1st August to Sunday 17 August 2025 inclusive.
