International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) (UGA)
The International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) will be closed
from Monday 27 July to Wednesday 19 August 2026 inclusive.
Isère on-campus Préfecture office
The Isère on-campus Prefecture office will be closed
from Friday 24 July to Sunday 30 August 2026 inclusive.
During this period, appointment slots will nevertheless be available at the Prefecture on Place Verdun in Grenoble for submitting applications for residence permits, which are usually handled at the on-campus office:

You will also be able to pick-up your residence permit, in the usual way:

Colibri - Welcome service for persons in exile (UGA)
The Colibri welcome center will be closed from Friday 24 July to Wednesday 19 August 2026 inclusive.
Student health service (UGA)
The Student health service will be closed from Monday 13 July to Friday 21 August 2026 inclusive.
Social service (CROUS)
The CROUS Grenoble Alpes social service will be closed from Monday 3 to Friday 14 August 2026 inclusive.
In the event of an emergency (food shortage, sudden loss of accommodation, etc.), you can call 0806 000 278.

The International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) will be closed
from Monday 27 July to Wednesday 19 August 2026 inclusive.
From Thursday 20 August 2026, reception will resume at the usual times on the 2 locations: Maison de l'étudiant Drôme Ardèche and Briffaut site.
Drôme prefecture
Between Saturday 25 July and Wednesday 19 August 2026 inclusive, only applications to renew residence permits made online on the national platform will be processed. No appointments will be given during this period.

Youth health center (Centre santé jeunes)
The youth health center remains open during the summer, but will be exceptionally closed on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 July 2026.
