During this visit to Grenoble, which aimed at strengthening the strategic partnership between UGA and McMaster University, a student exchange agreement and a double-degree agreement on computer science and mathematics have been signed.
Visits to laboratories, meetings with faculty directors and deans, discussions with members of the UGA presidential team... were on the agenda for the visit of the McMaster University delegation led by Susan Tighe, Provost and Vice-President for academic affairs at McMaster University.

About the UGA - McMaster University partnership

McMaster University and Université Grenoble Alpes intend to develop scientific cooperation in the following areas: biology, chemistry, digital humanities, computer science, mathematics, neuroscience, physics, materials science, and Earth and environmental sciences.

A memorandum of understanding was signed in 2019 between UGA and McMaster University, one of the 6 strategic partners of the UGA.
