Students at Université Grenoble Alpes: the Health Insurance (Caisse Primaire d'Assurance Maladie, or CPAM) is coming to meet you on the St-Martin-d'Hères campus to answer all of your questions!
Health insurance at the services forum
On Thursday 11 September 2025, on the St-Martin-d'Hères campus, takes place as part of Start UGA, the services forum: more than 60 stands run by services from the Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) or its partners will be there to provide information and answer your questions.
The Health Insurance (CPAM) will be welcoming you on the Place Centrale with the Mes tips santé bus from 10am to 5pm!
What will be offered? Quizzes, games, virtual reality headsets... but also areas for discussions with Health Insurance advisors, some of which are entirely dedicated to welcoming international students.
During the months of September and October 2025, in the entrance hall of the Welcome center in the MUSE building on the St-Martin-d'Hères campus, health insurance advisors will be available to answer all your questions about your registration ('affiliation'), the medical card 'carte Vitale', the Ameli account, the 'Complémentaire Santé Solidaire' (complementary health insurance), access to specialist doctors, etc.
These CPAM on-campus support sessions are open to all students, no appointment is required.
