Students at Université Grenoble Alpes: the Health Insurance (CPAM) is coming to meet you on the St-Martin-d'Hères campus to answer all of your questions!

Health insurance at MUSE

Health insurance (Caisse Primaire d'Assurance Maladie, or CPAM) advisors will be available to answer all your questions about:
  • your registration ('affiliation'),
  • the medical card 'carte Vitale',
  • the Ameli account,
  • the 'Complémentaire Santé Solidaire'(complementary health insurance),
  • access to specialist doctors,
  • etc.
These CPAM on-campus support sessions are open to all students, no appointment is required.

Where and when ?

On the St-Martin-d'Hères campus, MUSE building (tram B or C, station Gabriel Fauré - Muse), in the entrance hall of the Welcome center.

Dates of the on-campus sessions until January 2027:
  • Tuesday 29 September 2026, from 9:00 to 12:00
  • Tuesday 6 October 2026, from 9:00 to 12:00
  • Tuesday 3 November 2026, from 9:00 to 12:00
  • Tuesday 1 December 2026, from 9:00 to 12:00
  • Tuesday 5 January 2027, from 9:00 to 12:00
Start UGA 
The health insurance (Isère CPAM office) will also be on the St-Martin-d'Hères campus, at the "Village of services, associations and partners" of the Start UGA event, on Thursday 10 September 2026, from 12:00 to 17:00.
