DU Pass: a university passport to support students in exile

The UGA Center for French Studies (CUEF de Grenoble) offers intensive training in language, culture, and academic methodology to prepare students for returning to their studies. This training lasts one academic year. Applications for the 2026-2027 DU Pass are open!

How to apply

From March 2 to April 6, please return your completed application to cuef@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr
At the bottom of this page, you will find the documents to be returned: sworn statement, application form, resume, cover letter.

If your application is accepted, you will be invited to take a placement test at the CUEF premises on April 22.

If the result of this test meets the level required for the DU PASS, you will be invited to an oral interview from May 18 to 22.

The final results (accepted or rejected applications) will be communicated on May 29.

If you are selected

Start of training: September but classes may be held in June and/or July if the admissions committee deems it necessary.

NB : Candidates from previous years whose applications were not accepted may reapply if they wish.
