On June 16 and 17, 2025, a team from Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) joined international mobility professionals, digital experts, and representatives from institutions around the world at the 21st edition of the MoveON Conference, organized by QS in Porto, Portugal.
Held under the theme "Empowering global education: Innovating partnerships and enabling mobilities for a sustainable future", the conference took place alongside the QS Higher Ed Summit: Europe 2025.
The event focused on new approaches to internationalisation, the key role of sustainable partnerships, and the transformation of practices through tools such as MoveON. A dedicated panel session brought together several speakers to discuss the transformative impact of the MoveON software on mobility management within international offices.
The UGA team attended hands-on workshops, heard user testimonials sharing experiences and best practices, and took part in numerous networking opportunities with other participants.
This participation reaffirms UGA’s commitment to strengthening its international cooperation strategies and drawing on sector innovations to offer more streamlined, sustainable, and inclusive mobility opportunities for its students, faculty and staff.
