Social service (CROUS)

The social service will be closed from 22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 inclusive.
In case of emergency (food emergency, immediate lack of accommodation…), you can call 0806 000 278.

University restaurants (CROUS)

Some restaurants will stay open during the winter holiday season. Find the opening times of university restaurants on the CROUS Grenoble Alpes website, section 'Se restaurer'.

Drôme prefecture

Between 19 December 2025 and 4 January 2026 inclusive, only applications for renewal of residence permits submitted online, on the national platform, will be processed.
If you must submit a paper application during this period, you can send a request by email to: pref-sejour@drome.gouv.fr.
However, the Drôme prefecture will be closed to the public from 25 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.

Youth health center (Centre Santé Jeunes)

The Youth health center will exceptionally be closed on 25 December 2025, and on 1 January 2026 inclusive.
