Students doing a mobility within the framework of a partnership

To simplify your search, the International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) of Université Grenoble Alpes offers to be your sole contact for accommodation, acting as a "gateway".
Via a specific accommodation platform, you will be able to express different wishes among the offer of accommodation that we have negotiated with public student residences (CROUS) and some private student residences.
ISSO will then make you a proposal according to your wishes (and the available offer), and will put you directly in touch with the partner to finalize the reservation of the accommodation.

Advantages

• You are accompanied throughout the process by ISSO.
• You benefit from the privileged access conditions that we have negotiated with our partners (for example no administration fees, which are on average €250).

Conditions of access

Your international relations correspondent within your host institution will tell you if you can benefit from this procedure. If you wish to benefit from our support, once your admission has been validated, your host institution will send us your file.
You will then automatically receive connection identifiers by email, in June for the first semester, and between October and January for the second semester.
The details of the procedure will be specified on the booking platform.

Doctoral students, researchers and their families

As part of its involvement in the Euraxess network, the International Students & Scholars Office (ISSO) provides you with a dedicated online accommodation platform, where you will find:

• Negotiated offers from private residences and partner aparthotels (preferential rates, exemption from administrative fees, etc.).
• A list of furnished accommodations (rooms, flats, houses) with partner owners, whom you can contact directly via the platform. These owners are aware of the constraints of international tenants, especially regarding the presentation of a guarantor.

Conditions of access

To access it, simply fill out the registration form for the international researcher support database, which also provides access to other installation assistance services.
